Dark doom metal band Tectum - are brothers Dmitry (bass) and Anton Strelets (drums), vocalist Alex Iskimzhi, as well the guitarist and master guitar synthesizers Vladimir Slepnyov. Within five years of intense work, the group tirelessly continues to seek his own style and character. Tectum music has no clear rules because all new it's just another step on the road to self-improvement.
Album “Path to Eternity” - this is the way to eternity, to the realization of the human essence through the prism of emotion. Each track on the album is filled with the philosophy and themes. Here there are a melancholic gothic/doom tracks, and rapid dark-metal hits. The songs perfected over and over again to give the whole range of possible musical tones of a live performance. In addition to the original songs on the disk there is a cover of the Lake of Tears “Dreamdemons”, which was previously published in tribute to the 20th anniversary of the band. Themed cover and booklet painted W. Smerdulak, known for its large number of works for the extreme stage of the ex-USSR. Tectum material is highly recommended to acquaintance not only the real fans classic dark/death/doom music 90s, but also lovers of innovative solutions.

Vladimir Slepnev (WallDemar) – guitar, synth;
Dmitriy Strelets (Sniper) – bass;
Anton Strelets (Mucky Pup) – drums.

Recorded and mixed at Anvil Records (Konstantin Ratnikov home studio, Ukraine, Cherkassy) between March and November 2012. Drums recording – Paradox Records (Ukraine, Cherkassy) in 2011.

All music composed by Tectum, excepting “Dreamdemons” (it’s a cover of Lake of Tears original song, that had been released on a Tribute “LoT - Twenty Years In Tears” in september 2012 at FONO ltd. fono.ru).
All lyrics are written by Alexey Iskimzhi, except “It’s Alive!” written by Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley (1797-1851) and “Dreamdemons” (original song of Lake of Tears).
